Social housing estate in Poznań

The concept for a residential development in Poznań for the Social Housing Association (TBS), awarded third place in an architectural competition, places the quality of shared spaces, greenery, and social interaction at the heart of its design. A carefully composed arrangement of modular buildings creates a cohesive residential neighbourhood centered around a vibrant green park. Lush landscaping, diverse recreational spaces, and nature-based stormwater management solutions come together to encourage social interaction, support biodiversity, and bring nature into everyday life. The project balances architectural quality with cost-effective design, creating an open, sustainable neighbourhood that integrates seamlessly into the surrounding urban fabric.
