Social Housing Buildings in Żory

A Design&Build project for four multifamily buildings in Żory, commissioned by Hochtief, which is also co-financing the project alongside the City of Żory. This is Poland’s first multifamily housing complex built using a zero-emission system. The project includes 406 apartments designated for social housing.
