The concept of a modular multifamily building that meets modern standards, the principles of sustainable development, friendly to residents and the environment, easily adaptable to site conditions. The use of modularity (prefabrication, repetition of the scheme of apartments) gives the possibility to adapt the architecture also according to the needs of the investor and future users. The project also aims to maximize the reduction of CO2 emissions in both the construction and life cycle of the building through the use of prefabrication and the provision of modern installations using renewable energy and natural resources.
