Another project has come to an end. On September 13 this year. Karuzela shopping center in Biała Podlaska was ceremonially opened. ADC acted as the Investor's Supervisor, overseeing each stage and the realization of the planned objectives. The shopping center was built on the premises of the Biaa Furniture Factory, and a historic revitalized chimney (1903) was left as a reminder, which will become a permanent part of the new infrastructure.
