The construction of a new factory with the floor area of approximately 6,500 sq. m, with offices, temporary office facilities and development of outdoor areas. ADC is responsible for all stages of design and administrative permits as well as tendering procedures, BIM coordination and comprehensive project supervision on behalf of the investor.
