DTBJ Department Store

A project for the reconstruction and change of use of the oldest department store in Poland. The DTBJ building was constructed in 1913-1914 and is currently listed in the Register of Historical Monuments of the Republic of Poland. The project aims to introduce new functions to the building, including catering and services.

As part of the design work, we are responsible for all phases of the project, including the conceptual design, construction and detailed design, obtaining fire protection deviations and agreeing with the Mazovian Regional Historic Preservation Officer.

The end of construction work, carried out under our supervision, is scheduled for 2025.
